Since no one will take credit for the creation of the "faker" BBC, and DD seems to be the moderator almighty, I can only speculate that the builder and owner is Tanya. I could be wroing, but no one is coming forward to say it is 'theirs". Only DD and Tanya have added the code to their siggys.
